The Tutorship as Added Value for the Teaching Practice. An experience of University Innovation in the bureaucratic framework of Bologna


Abstract


The university innovation proposal presented, addresses the need to enhance a system of voluntary teachers that empowers as mentors students in their last years, for assessing and tutoring fellow novice. This work "with peers" approach is based on a philosophy of autonomy of social engagement that seeks to respond to the period of socialization and integration of students in the university context, one of the three major milestones of mentoring along their studies besides the internship and their final dissertation.
