Focus and Scope

@tic. revista d'innovació educativa is an electronic open access journal edited by the University of Valencia. Its main concerns are the relationship between educational innovation practices and the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) @tic. revista d'innovació educativa comes about as a consequence of the interests that the UV has given to the relationship between ICT and educational activity during the last years, and in a moment when the teaching-learning process has become as important as the scientific research.

@tic wants to spread original and unpublished works that can be a product of interdisciplinary discussions. It has a bi-annual publication with issues in Autumn (September-December) and Spring (January-August). We publish articles in Spanish, Catalan and English.

Peer Review Process

Articles sent to @tic. revista d'innovació educativa will pass a peer review exam; if there is a negative evaluation by one of the reviewers, the text will be sent to a third one.

The reviewers will not be part of the Scientific Council @tic. revista d'innovació educativa.

Publication Frequency

The Scientific Board will decide about the publishing of monographic issues. The journal has a bi-annual frequency. The contents will appear in Autumn and in Spring.

Each year, we will publish in the Announces section a list with this year reviewers.

Open Access Policy

This journal offers free and inmediate access to its content because we think that an open and free access to investigation results and data for everyone can benefit global knowledge.

Sections

Each volume will include these sections: 1. Articles 2. Learning with ICT Reports about the use of information and communication technologies in educational processes. These reports can be written by teachers and/or students. 3. Evaluation of Tools 4. Reading Room 5. The Pergola
