Resum

Since the new political and cultural movement, before the disappearance of Francoism until recent times, the article deals with all types of change which occurred in the Catalan narrative, with the appearance of new authors and the resumptiom of different genres of novel rejected for decades, like the erotic and the detective novels. It also deals with the repercussions of literary prizes, with the strategies used to reach the public reader, which was more extensive, and with the diverse narrative tendencies.
