The Development of Competences in an International Experience and Employability: A Genre Perspective
Abstract
The main objective of this study is to verify if the international experience coping expectations and different discourses generated by gender of the participants regarding the development of capabilities and its usefulness for employability. We analyze the results of a questionnaire answered by 20 students and recent graduates of the Abat Oliba University's international program. The differences between men and women in both the development of international and stay in their assessment regarding the future employability facilitate interesting elements to the creation of protocols to optimize this kind of stay.
