Use of WebQuest and Interactive Answer Systems in the Subject 'Marketing Research'


This paper aims to study the importance of implementing teaching methods focused on new information and communication technology (ICT), trying to enhance student participation and to improve his/her learning outcomes. Specifically, we deep into the design of a WebQuest and into the employment of Interactive Response System in the subject “Market Research”. The obtained results provide a basis for design guidelines and teaching methodologies in the subjects related to Marketing in the new degrees.
