INCIDENCIA DE LA EDUCACIÓN EN LA PREPARACIÓN Y CONCEPCIÓN DEL OFICIO DE BOMBERO. NOTAS DESDE UN ESTUDIO EN EL PARQUE DE BOMBEROS DE JAÉN

Resumen

Este artículo trata de mostrar cómo, en el cuerpo de bomberos de la ciudad de Jaén, el nivel académico influye en la concepción del oficio, además de determinar las formas de
aprendizaje así como la manera en la que los sujetos se enfrentan a los cambios en las formas de trabajo y en la incorporación de dispositivos tecnológicos.

Abstract

This article attempts to show how, in the fire department of the city of Jaén, academic level influences the perception of the profession, the ways of learning and the way in which the subjects are facing changes in the organization of work and the incorporation of technological devices.
