Resumen

This text, which is part of an extensive research work on the history
of the pedal harp in Colombia, presents as a chronological catalogue, the
musical works written for this instrument by Colombian composers, in the
second half of the twentieth century. It includes detailed information of the
musical pieces: release dates, editing and/or recording and as a pedagogical and
musical contribution, it provides a brief analysis and the level of difficulty of
some of the pieces. It is a pioneering work, being the first catalogue developed
for this instrument in the country and contributes to the enrichment of the
literature of the harp, not only in Ibero-America, but at world level. As a
musicological contribution, it is important because it reflects the musical
identity of the country through the instrument and shares the historical legacy
of this art, of the musicians, interpreters and composers.
