Learning the Basic of Probability Using ICT

Abstract

Internet can be used as another teaching tool in Statistics, due to it gives access to many resources that can be incorporated into teaching. This paper describes a project for the integration of the so-called interactive simulations in one of the parts of Statistics where they can be employed: probability. The use of these resources allows students to learn by their own experience (learning by doing) and to visualize statistical concepts, which helps to improve their learning process.
